Welcome to Rescue 2 Home Animal Support (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using our website and booking our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Services & Bookings
Booking Notice: All service bookings require a minimum of 24 hours' advance notice. Bookings are subject to availability.
Third-Party Platform: We use Square to manage our online bookings, scheduling, and appointments. By making a booking, you also agree to Square’s terms of service.
2. Payments & Fees
Payment Processing: All payments are processed securely through Square. We do not directly store or process your credit/debit card information.
Rates: Prices for our services are clearly stated at the time of booking. We reserve the right to amend our prices with reasonable notice.
3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Our 24-hour cancellation policy applies to all bookings. You must notify us via email (rescue2homeanimalsupport@gmail.com) or phone (07933325465) at least 24 hours before your scheduled slot.
Failure to provide 24 hours' notice may result in a cancellation charge up to the full value of the booked service.
4. Limitation of Liability
While we provide the highest standard of care and support for animals, Rescue 2 Home Animal Support will not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services, except where required under UK Consumer Law (e.g., in cases of negligence causing personal injury).
5. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
