By scheduling a service with us, you agree to the following terms:
1. Booking Notice Required
Advance Notice: All bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance of the requested service time.
We cannot guarantee short-notice or same-day bookings, as our schedule is carefully planned to ensure every animal gets the attention they need.
2. 24-Hour Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans change, but we require sufficient notice to offer your slot to another animal in need.
Notice Required: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you must notify us at least 24 hours before your scheduled start time.
Late Cancellations: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee (up to the full price of the scheduled service).
